PASS Scouting successfully proposed and negotiated the transfer of one of the most talented attacking players of the Balkan region to Argentina.
Before PASS Scouting
Before we started working together, Talleres finished 12th or lower in most seasons. Since then, they finished 2nd in Argentina, won the local Super Cup, reached the Copa Libertadores Round of 16, and their market value rose 58%, from €30 000 000 to €47 450 000.
Task from the client
Talleres needed a fast winger who was good in 1-v-1 situations, could create goals and assists, and had enough quality for the starting lineup. The player also had to speak Spanish.
PASS Scouting contribution
We analyzed Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking players from Latin America and Europe, and Rick stood out. Using our Balkan contacts, we connected Ludogorets, where Rick played, with Talleres. We coordinated all parties, including his agents, to complete the deal.
Result
Rick's first season at Talleres has been tough. After a historic 2024 season, the club struggled with results, and Rick missed weeks due to injury. Despite this, he's already showing quality in Argentina, creating chances and contributing to the attack in difficult conditions.
