We are an independent consulting company that does not replace or substitute a club's scouting or analytics department. Every club has its own analysts, scouts, and heads of analytical and selection departments, and our role is to complement their work with an expert approach that helps make informed decisions in analytics, selection, and transfers.

Unlike agents, we have contracts with clubs, not players. The club pays us for services and expertise. With some clients, we also receive a percentage from the next resale of a player. Our clients understand that we are primarily interested in the player's development and their next steps on the market. We work in the interests of the club and offer players who have passed screening and will be realized on the market after leaving. Thus, we and the clubs become partners and move forward together.

We start preparing for each transfer window in advance: for winter, we start in September; for summer, in March. The first step is to agree with the club on requests for the next transfer window: position, player profile, main traits, whether the player should deliver results immediately or can be a young player to be developed, financial framework. Only after receiving this information do we start preparing options. During preparation, we review/refresh regions. It's important to note that this is not done by one person; we always look at the distance—whether many different players are checked during the year, so the club doesn't catch someone by accident, and whether the club observes and reviews, etc. Each player is analyzed by us according to a clear system of assessments and profiling, with types of reports (short/extended, comparison by features, which must be in the conclusions). We provide the club with reviewed players by video or live, if scouts are on site. We also use Data-scouting as an auxiliary tool to video review.

A detailed comprehensive analysis of the team's squad, with profiles, main playing qualities, and player problems. The squad is evaluated according to a clear system, based on the club's tasks and playing model. After the analysis, the client receives recommendations for squad formation for the next transfer window. The analysis is provided as a single presentation with an intuitively clear summary.

Yes, clients ask us to evaluate their own transfer options. We act in the client's interest and build long-term partnerships. If the club's option is better than ours, we will say so.
